- representing aggrieved companies in criminal proceedings, including:
- legal assistance in preparing formal offence notifications;
- legal assistance at the stage of preparatory proceedings;
- legal representation of aggrieved parties and assistance in claiming their rights at the stage of court proceedings as a civil plaintiff or the public prosecutor;
- defending suspected, charged or prosecuted individuals in legal criminal matters, including: providing assistance to detainees and temporary detainees, participation in court sessions with regard to decisions on notifications of custody or other preventive measures;
- participation in proceedings based on hearing carried out at the level of both public prosecution and court;
- drawing up pleadings, including claims, appeals and cassation appeals;
- assistance in negotiations concerning voluntary submission to punishment;
- attending to hearings before courts of first and second instance and the Supreme Court;
- representation of convicted persons in cases related to enforcement proceedings with regard to prison leave, postponement of penalty or conditional early releases.
