An advocate, a member of the Wrocław Bar Association and the Foreign Cooperation Committee of the Regional Bar Council in Wrocław. He acts as a permanent arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Importers, Exporters and Corporation. He graduated from the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, completed his full-time court training and passed the relevant examinations, including bar examination. He specialises in civil law, company law, commercial law and private international law. He prides himself on having long experience in handling commercial proceedings, specifically in connection with cross-border issues. He has authored a number of publications on legal matters, including international recovery procedures applying to the institution of the European Order for Payment. He has acted as a speaker at conferences and seminars on issues concerning cross-border debt recovery, both domestically and abroad.
